The Property Inspection Report for UK Visas and Immigration is valid for 3 months from the date of inspection.
It means you have to submit the report within 3 months from the date of issue and if during the decision process the report becomes out of date, it will still be considered valid.
We recommend you get a Housing inspection report if and when you are ready to lodge an application and not to far in advance; i.e no more than 3 months. But in our past experience, we notice many solicitors / immigration advisor advice to submit the report within 28 days as many documents like bank statements that cannot be dated more than 28 days prior to the date of application, they recommend a Housing Report has to be submit with this period.
